Το ξενοδοχείο είναι ανακαινισμένο, σε καλή τοποθεσία κοντά σε metro και με εστιατόρια και καφετέριες γύρω. Το δωμάτιο μας άνετο και καθαρο.Το μπάνιο μεγάλο όπως και στις φωτογραφίες. Το πρωινό καθώς και το προσωπικό εξαιρετικά.

Αυτό που μας έλλειψε ήταν οι παντόφλες μίας χρήσης και το ότι η τηλεόραση δεν είχε internet.

Ottima posizione piena di vita con molti locali e servizi nelle vicinanze. Ingresso metro' (Bonne Nouvelle) a pochi metri di distanza'. Personale gentile e competente. Abbiamo apprezzato la zona ristoro nella hall, dove è possibile gustare un caffè, una tisana od un semplice bicchiere d'acqua in modo gratuito.

We had to come with a wheelchair due to an injury to my wife's wrist. Since she constantly needed ice for cold compresses, the staff was incredibly helpful and provided ice every single time. The hotel is highly accessible/accessible-friendly, and the cleanliness of the rooms was also very good. It was a hotel experience that I can recommend with absolute peace of mind.

El desayuno justito, en España son más completos y no tienen platos para usar, solo el que te ponen en la mesa, parece que así ahorran ya que cuando se te ensucia tienes que volverlo a usar para coger más cosas Poca luz en los baños, sobre todo para verte en el espejo ,aunque estan muy completos y aseados

The breakfast was great, small buffet with good choice, the room and the bathroom was normal size and clean.The location is great, with metro station near by and a lot of good restaurants and magazine beside.

Una noche, cuando llegué al hotel, la habitación no estaba arreglada, ni limpia, a pesar de haber estado todo el día fuera de ella. Hablé con recepción y me dijeron que pusiera una queja al hotel. Mandé un correo al hotel quejándome de lo sucedido. Me contestaron diciéndome que habían transmitido la reclamación a la dirección del hotel y que se pondrían en contacto conmigo lo antes posible. He esperado más de un mes y no he tenido noticias de ellos. En resumen, has pagado por unos servicios que no te han proporcionado.

It was nice and spacious room. Air con was on so it was comfortable. There is a coffee machine at reception and the selection of the tea was good too. The receptionist at the check in and out was very friendly and nice. It’s not very close from the station but you can walk from /to gate du nord around 20 minutes.

WiFi didn’t work. My husband went to reception to ask about WiFi and he said the receptionist at night wasn’t very nice nor helpful. It’s not hotel’s fault but someone above (probably small kids) woke up early around 5:30 in the morning and running around. That woke me up.

Die Lage ist sehr gut für das nordöstliche Zentrum. Gare du Nord und Gare de l'Est sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch die Hauptattraktionen wie Louvre, Hotel de Ville, Norte Dame sind in Laufdistanz. Das Frühstück ist für Frankreich außergewöhnlich gut. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Die Zimmer sind klein und ein wenig düster. Für eine zentrale Lage in Paris aber mehr als gut. Parken wäre sehr schwierig.

I liked the location. Spotlessly clean. Luggage storage. Air conditioning was good! Modern and good showers. Good value for a good hotel. Breakfast was lovely too. A water machine and coffee machine free to use in the lobby. Quick an easy check in and out.

Beautiful hotel, just a walk away to Gare du Nord, Louvre and a few minutes away from the underground. There was also a brilliant Nutella Dispenser, which my child absolutely loved!

Le personnel était vraiment souriant et très sympathique. De plus pour le dernier jour on a du rendre la chambre et on voulait encore profiter de paris ils ont bien voulu garder nos valises gratuitement. Et gros point positif pour le petit déjeuner qui est vraiment copieux et bon.

Excellent stay in Paris; you are in the centre of everything, cafes, shopping, attractions. The room was okay, clean, spacious, and nice, with a clean bathroom. We were in a very hot weekend, but we had working AC, and we slept like babies. Very nice breakfast, you have a bit of everything. Free water, coffee at any time of day. The staff were really nice - thank you for your service! P.S. We had a room with big windows and a very Instagrammable street. So if you are looking for a hotel with a bit of view, nice services and a great price for Paris standards, this is the way to go.
