After taking the early morning Eurostar train from London, we arrived too early to check into our room. When I asked if there was somewhere I could change before going to a client meeting, the kind lady at reception let me use a special mini-gym room that had a shower. I felt refreshed, clean, smart and relaxed when I met my client! Thank you so much Team Victoria!

Fantastic location, the staff are super friendly and always trying their best to help. We were there with our children (6 and 8 years old) the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Perfect hotel for city break.

Beautiful bar area for a drink or to play cards, liked the pool table and the location was a side street so nice and quiet. It was easy to walk to the Metro or any bakery for breakfast. Would be happy to stay there again.

I have stayed at Victoria Palace Hotel several times. The staff is friendly and goes out of the way to help you. The rooms are comfortable, very clean and quite. The location is great with walking distance to lots of independent shops, Bon Marche, restaurants and the Luxemburg garden.

My wife and myself arrived midnight on Monday and we were greeted by a friendly employee called Patrick, who helped us check in .Throughout our stay he was excellent. Breakfast again was fantastic, there was a young lady ( sorry we didn't catch her name ) who seved us and always had a friendly smile on her face. She was a credit to the hotel. The hotel is near to 2 metro stations ( which are absolutely easy to use ). Uber is possibly an alternative if people don't fancy walking 25 minutes to the main centre. We would definitely recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone who are thinking about visiting Paris.

No me gusta que no tiene donde guardar la ropa, tiene un pequeño espacio para colgar, y nada más, eso si es muy incómodo, es algo que deberían revisar. Me parece que un hotel de esa categoría y con ese precio no puede no tener eso que es básico Por otro lado, tiene muy mala luz en el baño!

We had a wonderful stay at the Victoria Palace. The hotel is off the Main Street so it’s very quiet which was important to us. Our room faced the courtyard which further secured us a quiet room. Yes! The bed was comfortable and the room was modern and big enough especially by Paris standards. The front desk staff spoke English and were welcoming and helpful. The hotel is lovely. Small and charming. There’s a nice bar area and workout room and sauna, if interested. It is located in the 6th so it was easy to walk to all the sites. The breakfast buffet was incredible. So many fresh choices. A special shout out to Nina who cheerily greeted us every morning to help with the breakfast service. She couldn’t do enough to ensure a pleasant experience from getting us coffee, water to whatever was needed. She also remembered our coffee orders and where we liked to sit. She was a true delight. A true hospitality professional. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again on our next trip to Paris.

Overall, this hotel is hard to beat. Great location in the St Germaine area and close to incredible bistros and shops. Everyone there was very cordial, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast buffet every morning was outstanding and the little bar/bar sitting area was very nice. The only reason I did not give this hotel 5 stars is the size of the rooms. The rooms are lovely, but very small…..barely enough room to walk around the bed. So, with two pieces of large luggage and carryons, very difficult to maneuver around. Other than a small closet, there was no place to put your clothes, other than keep in your luggage. So, if you are used to the smaller size, this hotel is for you.

The Victoria Palace is a wonderful place to stay during your visit to Paris. It is clean, charming, and staff is efficient and welcoming. Enjoyed the Victoria Palace hotel very much. The staff were all helpful and pleasant, the building is lovely, the room was comfortable and immaculate. We arrived early and although the room wasn’t ready, they offered to hold our luggage while we toured around. In the 6th arrondissement, the location was perfect because it was around the corner and down the block from cafes and shops, but in a quiet corner. The breakfast was delicious and the dining area was very pretty. The weather wasn’t cooperating but I did see they had a charming outdoor seating area. One odd thing, the toilet was in a separate room from the sink and shower. Maybe that’s a European thing that I’m not familiar with. Certainly not a deal breaker. Five stars, would definitely return.

Located in the 6th arrondisement, the Victoria Palace Hotel is a Paris gem. It is conveniently located near the Saint-Placide Métro stop and is also within easy walking distance of the Rennes Métro stop. It is close to the shops on Rennes as well as a short walk to Le Bon Marché. Le Jardin du Luxembourg is a 10-minute walk. I booked the Classic room and while on the smaller size, it is fine for one person and is larger than rooms in other Paris hotels where I’ve stayed. The room was well-appointed with electrical outlets and light switches conveniently placed. A bottle of filtered water is available daily. The price is reasonable. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and delicious, with several kinds of pastries and cakes, as well as meat, cheeses, fruit, cereal, yogurt, and some hot dishes like scrambled eggs. This was my first time staying at the Victoria Palace Hotel, but I have already booked another stay. I highly recommend.

Wonderful staff! Nice, clean room, cleaned daily. I took full advantage of the robe provided as it was a bit chilly while in Paris. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Excellent location; the staff was helpful and very nice! For the value, it was a lovely hotel, our room was spacious (for Paris standards) and very clean. There is also a charming dining area for our breakfast with a cool bar. My only comment is that there is no porter service, and sometimes the breakfast buffet ran out of certain items like fruit and eggs. Other than that, our stay was truly wonderful.

We had a great stay at the hotel, despite 4 rainy days. As noted in other reviews, the staff is very friendly and warm, unlike many hotels in large cities like Paris. We had a junior suite on the 6th floor which had just enough room for the 2 of us. Paris hotel rooms are often small and dark but ours was bright, despite the grey skies. We did not have the hotel breakfast but went to the Brasserie Sainte Placide, right by the bus and metro stops. It was easy to get around the city with the many mass transit options so close by. After a "rough" day of touristing, the lobby bar was a great refuge. The bartender suggested I try Suzze since I like italian amaro. It was not as strong tasting as amaro but became our special way to end each day. We would recommend the hotel heartily to visitors looking for a well located, friendly place to stay.

We were celebrating my wife’s 65th birthday. The staff was superb and made her celebration so special! It was fantastic. One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had anywhere in the world. I cannot say enough good things! The room was wonderful; location perfect, and the service amazing.

Great Hotel. The Victoria Palace Hotel was perfect for our stay. The room we had was spacious and very clean. The hotel is set off the main road . It nice and quiet and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend it.

Certainly location is great if you want to be in 6th but away from the tourist crowds. 6th floor courtyard room is way to go. It seems the entrance 0 floor area was the most renovated and the rooms sorta renovated: the bathrooms are still very small and tight. Staff is certainly professional and friendly. It's still a tad expensive for the overall experience.

Loved the hotel. Its tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city but steps from great shopping and restaurants. Victoria palace is elegant and modern with great amenities. The James bar off the entrance is very sleek and stylish with great staff. And our room was excellent, big room with a bug king bed which is not typical of Paris. Would highly recommend

The staff at the hotel were outstanding in all regards! Before our trip and during, helpful in many ways, and interesting, kind, smart people who were a delight to talk with as well! Our room at Victoria Palace was a 10 out of 10! First, sleeping is most key and the king bed was very comfortable, a quiet room, the heat/AC vent was high in the wall and did not blow onto us. There was room for two large suitcases, one on a small bench, one on a fold out stand for easy access. The lighting was very good. Really liked the fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, & hot pot. In addition to an ideal room, the bar in the lobby, pool table, atrium with tables and gym were very nice to use and special among many hotels. The location of the hotel was outstanding. Within 1.5 miles in any direction you could find everything - great restaurants (Cafe Montparnasse is excellent!), Bakery-coffee-patisserie (Thevenin is the best!), museums, shopping (The Bon Marche!), the Seine and Luxembourg Gardens! There are only two tiny changes that could make the bathrooms even nicer than they already are (love the room size and full glass closure for the shower). The two small ideas for changes are a modern update to a back-lit, LED, anti-fog mirror for better lighting in the bathroom for make-up and shaving. The tiny idea would be a lighted make-up mirror that can double as a night light if needed. Another idea is to ask the Bistro Le Palace Cafe right across the street to power-wash their awnings and signs to reflect the nice neighborhood. Victoria Palace Hotel is simply outstanding, one of the best hotels we've stayed in, and we've visited Paris several times. The camaraderie and professionalism of the entire staff were a reflection of excellent management and a very well-run hotel. Can't wait to return to the Victoria Palace Hotel and Paris!

The hotel was nice enough....the website made it look much nicer. We were actually ok with the hotel, not thrilled but ok. What we were not ok with was the attitude of most of the staff. One example, we came in from a long day and the bar was closed...we just wanted a soft drink. The gal said there was a convenience store down the street....we bought some Cokes, but they were warm....I asked if there was an ice machine in the hotel....no....well could you possibly get some for us....why?....because our cokes are warm....the gal make it seem like the biggest chore in the world. The location was not great....and again the staff was rude.

We had such an amazing stay at Victoria Palace Hotel in Paris. We were traveling with our 1.5-year-old baby, so we were a little nervous at first, but the staff made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Everyone was so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful the entire stay. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and in a great location, but honestly the people working there are what made the experience special for us. They were always smiling, helped us whenever we needed anything, and were very accommodating with our baby. We would definitely stay here again and really appreciate everything the team did to make our trip so enjoyable.

Já fiquei no hotel mais de uma vez e segue sendo uma bela opção em Paris. A localização é fantástica, segura e com diversas opções. O café da manha é excepcional e vale muito a pena. A reserva da acadêmia/sauna é apropriada e eficiente. Os quartos são pequenos, mas modernos e muito bem equipados.

Excellent hotel with an amazing staff that truly makes you feel right at home. Jesse at the front desk was absolutely fantastic—this was our first trip to Paris, and she went above and beyond to help us understand what to do and how to get around, making us feel completely comfortable from the start. We arrived on a very early flight, and she was able to get us into a room by 12 PM, which we truly appreciated after traveling from New York exhausted. Every morning at breakfast, we were greeted by Fanta and Makhan, who were always smiling, attentive, and eager to help. Their service was outstanding and made each day start on a great note. The hotel itself is boutique-style, very clean, and beautifully maintained. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

Great hotel which I'd say was boutique. Rooms great, modern and comfortable which I thought was great value. The hotel was well looked after and clean, but for me what makes a place is the staff. Check in was great, as was the bar service, but a special mention goes out to Nina on the breakfast crew who stood out with her wonderful smile, can-do view to helpfulness and general jolly demeaner cheered the start to my day after a big night out and morning lethargy - well done.
