Overall, we had a good stay at the Hilton Madinah. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are honestly some of the best, extremely cozy and perfect after long days. That said, the rooms could definitely benefit from an upgrade esp the shower curtains and a deeper level of cleaning to maintain the standard you’d expect. The reception experience was a bit disappointing. The staff weren’t as helpful or welcoming as we had hoped, and there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of service and overall attitude. The highlight of our stay was without a doubt the suhoor and iftar experience. The staff in this area were exceptional, incredibly accommodating, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to make things easier for my family. A special thank you to Mohamed Al Kholy and Chef Mohamed Ismail, who truly stood out. They made a real effort to cater to our preferences and made us feel so well taken care of.

It is the best hotel in Madina. Special thanks to all staff and particularly Mostafa in the main restaurant. He is a role model of professionalism and hospitality. The chef is also excellent and this is reflected in the quality if food and its taste.

It was a total mess starting at the reception so when arrived for a 4 rooms we didn’t get what we paid for , because it’s Ramadan and after an 8 hours flight we got no energy to argue . Secondly the food was a disaster no quality and service anarchy anyways it was a very bad experience for me and for my family

I am someone who comes every year to perform Umrah. This year I came with my family, we booked four rooms with a partial view of the Haram on the upper floors, which cost 1.5 times the price of a normal room. They gave me four normal rooms! When I complained, I was told that they had no availability!!!! And I have to accept this!! They give the number of duty manager to call him(to be done tomorrow). As for the buffet, it is really bad quality! compared to the Sofitel across from this hotel!! A total rip-off. This is my first and last time staying at this hotel!

Excellent stay at Madinah Hilton. We stayed for a few days. The staff ensured there was exceptional service and we were taken care of all the way. Highly recommend. Close to gate 21/22 Haram. Women entrance is 25 so not very far.

This was our fifth stay since 2014, and once again the hotel exceeded expectations in every aspect. The location is outstanding, just steps from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, which makes every visit for prayers incredibly convenient and spiritually uplifting. The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel continues to feel welcoming and serene. We would like to sincerely recognize all the staff across the departments — Front Desk, Bell Services, Housekeeping, Breakfast Service, Najd Café, and Concierge — for their professionalism, courtesy, and genuine hospitality. Had a great stay at Madina Hilton, rooms were clean and spacious. The rooms were cleaned properly and were cleaned really nicely. Especially by Shahab Uddin. It’s also really close to the haram and the food markets so it’s pretty accessible to everything.

We stayed here for a couple of nights in December, was not very impressed with the porters. It took us to complain two times before our luggage came up to our room. The hotel is okay, good location that was the bonus. Unfortunately, I won’t be staying here again.
