Absolutely lovely location, perfect for all the main tourist sights for our 24 hour layover. We were upgraded to an even better room view, which was amazing. Reception - host welcoming, and checking that went well - thanks Aynura and Samida. A very special shout out to Egram, who went above what we expected on eaving, including calling our airport transport to reassure us all was well, and getting bags down the road -incredibly friendly and helpful. Steam and Sauna room were a lovely bonus.

Confusion over not having pool towels / spare towels at the pool - these should be available at pool side, or very clearly stated in room to bring towels down. Not sure why restricting complementary water bottles in the room, and fridge didn't chill water well.

They tripled x3 the price when we want to extend our stay , they didn't refill water and other stuff, cleanse of bathroom terrible the bath full of mold the shower head turned black of mold, i have baby and they didn't clean floor and sheets was dirty. Although I write to them regarding the cleaning before arrival .

Dużą zaletą hotelu jest jego lokalizacja. Znajduje się bardzo blisko zabytkowego centrum miasta, dzięki czemu większość najważniejszych atrakcji turystycznych jest dostępna w krótkim czasie spacerem. To bardzo dobry punkt wypadowy do zwiedzania i poznawania okolicy, bez konieczności korzystania z transportu publicznego czy taksówek. Strefa basenowa jest estetyczna i zadbana, a sam basen prezentuje się bardzo ładnie. Niestety dużym minusem jest bardzo mała liczba leżaków. W praktyce często brakuje miejsca do odpoczynku przy basenie, a ze względu na ograniczoną przestrzeń trudno wygospodarować miejsce na dodatkowe leżaki. Mam również wrażenie, że zdjęcia prezentują tę część hotelu nieco korzystniej niż wygląda ona w rzeczywistości. Na miejscu strefa basenowa wydaje się mniejsza, niż można by oczekiwać po materiałach promocyjnych.

Pobyt w hotelu oceniam przeciętnie. Największym rozczarowaniem był pokój, który sprawiał bardzo ponure wrażenie i wyraźnie wymaga remontu. Standard wyposażenia nie odpowiadał moim oczekiwaniom. Później został zmieniony Niestety śniadania również pozostawiały wiele do życzenia. O godzinie 10:00 wybór jedzenia był już bardzo ograniczony, a wiele produktów nie zostało uzupełnionych. Dodatkowo brakowało czystych kubków, a ekspresy do kawy były nieczynne lub zepsute, co znacząco obniżyło komfort korzystania ze śniadania. Hotel ma potencjał, jednak wymaga poprawy zarówno pod względem utrzymania pokoi, jak i organizacji serwisu śniadaniowego.

La chambre type lits jumeaux était absolument inconfortable, espèce étouffant, lit collés, fenêtre à peine possible d’ouvrir - Veillez à prendre une chambre plus grande type penthouse absolument magnifique. Le ménage n’a pas été fait no la première ni la seconde journée. Le room service est lent -

Feels like the last reconstruction took place 20 years ago: from the picture you cannot see it, but ince you are in the hotel, it gives a very low level. For such money it does not worth it. Other important thing is cleanliness. Hair is everywhere in the bathroom that is not ours!!, old sheets…..many things.

Очень тесные номера! Самое плохое впечатление – от завтрака. Еда просто отвратительная практически вся! Вместо кофе подают какое-то пойло. А чтобы заказать нормальный кофе надо платить четыре евро за чашку, которые к сожалению тоже приносят от отвратительного качества из бара. Для ребёнка практически нету ничего кроме десертов Соответственно чтобы хорошо позавтракать приходится выходить из отеля и в ближайшее кафе тебе подают прекрасную еду но конечно же за дополнительные деньги Постоянные вопросы с полотенцами и халатами, их просто надо заказывать индивидуально и после заказа их приносят в номер Очень маленькие и медленные лифты Ванная оборудование просто отвратительно, как будто сделаны все для того чтобы специально не пользовались феном, а про зубные щетки и другие принадлежности для они просто отсутствуют. Услугу трансфер нам продали тоже с подмены. Мы заказывали автомобиль представительского класса Mercedes, а приехал фургон Toyota без кондиционера. Таких моментов складывается общее отрицательное впечатление как у отеля так и его в городе в целом. На каждом этапе тебя пытаются обмануть. К большому сожалению Но несмотря на всё это персонал вымогает хорошие отзывы. Суют бумажки со своими именами и просят обязательно написать хорошие отзыв именно о них потому что вот Анита стараются а другие нет

Yusuf is a good member of staff who looked after me during stresfull times. He gave me good advice on everything and was a genuine man who worked night shift. ‘Hafiz’ was another good member of staff who works day time with Hassan: both excellently looked after me and were very helpful.

Wonderful spot in old town surrounded by shops, restaurants and tourist attractions plus the tram just a few minutes away. Very good buffet breakfast but staff unhelpful if you need anything , wanted plates cleared away etc.

Cleaning needs to be much better. In rooms only one coffee cup or glass despite two or three occupants and two day wait for another. Told they did not have the room we booked for a week available on arrival and sent to sub standard one overlooking an alley. After much debate issue sorted the next day with a good room allocated.

У отеля выгодное расположение рядом со всеми достопримечательностями, в отеле работают очень отзывчивые люди, на ресепшен, в ресторане, они реально пытаются помочь, но отель в ужасном состоянии, и помочь здесь уже нельзя.

Нам сразу предоставили не тот номер, который мы заказывали, вместо трехместного, двухместный с доп кроватью, когда мы обратились на ресепшен, сказали сейчас нет, и пока поселили нас в подвал, где ужасно пахало канализацией, в целом отель в очень плохом состоянии, ни о каких 5, 4 звездах даже не идет речь, это так же смешно, как вывески мишлена у соседних ресторанов

- Очень грязный номер: пыль слоем везде, полоски грязные на стенах, дверь (лаковая, черная) с пятнами и какими-то жирными точками - окно в номер на ладом дышит, плохо открывалось на проветривание и совершенно нет шумоизоляции, прям очень низкого качества вся рама, очень грязные стекла - выбор на завтраке низкого качества, ооочень плохое обслуживание на завтраки, грустные, невеселые, сонные официанты, которые не хотят делать свою работу, в телефонах переодически зависают - не успеваешь доесть на завтраке, начали пылесосить пол, это вообще жуть

Location is absolutely amazing, in the heart of the historic part of Istanbul. You don't need transport. The staff is also wonderful, they are all very helpful. Miss Mawada and Miss Güllü were very very helpful. The breakfast is also excellent with many tasty varieties. The WiFi was modest.

Regarding the room and comfort:- Unfortunately, for the value of money, the hotel doesn't match a level of 5 stars. The room was small, sound isolation from surrounding rooms was not good (we can hear people talking and coughing and sneezing in the adjacent rooms). The toilet was not very clean. Later we knew that there are levels (or standards) of rooms.
