The service was one of the best parts of our experience. The staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive.

Amazing Breakfast Buffet
The breakfast buffet was impressive with a wide variety of choices every day. There were many Middle Eastern dishes, American breakfast options like waffles and pancakes, fresh salads, eggs, pastries, and more. We also appreciated the Southeast Asian selections, which we personally enjoyed a lot. The variety made the dining experience enjoyable even during a longer stay.
Spacious and Comfortable Rooms
The rooms were very spacious, especially by Makkah standards. Our room was around 605 square feet and comfortably accommodated three people without feeling crowded. There was enough space for luggage, rest, and prayer. Housekeeping was also very consistent, and the room was always kept clean and well maintained.
Clean and Modern Facilities
The hotel itself is very clean, smells pleasant, and is clearly well maintained. The interiors and amenities feel modern and relatively newer compared to some hotels even closer to the Haram, such as those around the Clock Tower area and Swissôtel. Everything felt polished, organized, and comfortable.
Convenient for Worship
One of the hotel’s best features is how convenient it is for worship. The hotel has its own musallah/prayer room connected directly to the sound system of Masjid al-Haram, allowing guests to follow the congregational prayers clearly. Many rooms also offer direct views of the Haram and Kaaba. The in-room speaker system lets you hear the adhan and prayers from the Haram, which made the spiritual experience even more special.

Overall, Conrad Jabal Omar Makkah is an excellent choice for pilgrims looking for spacious rooms, modern facilities, great food, attentive service, and a strong connection to the atmosphere of the Haram during their stay in Makkah.
