Hotel banks heavily on its brand name to pull in customers. Rooms are comparatively small to other premium hotels in the area. Breakfast is alright but staff looks unhappy to be there. A basic omelette was undercooked few times and when you send it back , the chef wasn’t too happy. It appeared that she was doing everyone a favour by being there. Stayed there for a week and for the same price, you can find better hotels.

Restaurant staff were not as friendly or engaging. However, the taller female head Chef was an exception and pleasant to interact.

Excellent stay! The entire hotel team was extremely polite, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. A special thanks to Ms.Gamze at the reservation and check-in desk, who was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the service exceeded my expectations. I was very satisfied with every aspect of my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. If I return to Istanbul in the future, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you for making my stay such a pleasant experience!

Hello! I came from England, and first of all, I want to congratulate (Eren) Because while writing this review, I realized I was being genuinely sincere from the heart — and that’s thanks to him. After meeting him, I honestly said to myself: “Wow… ugh!” His warm, kind, and respectful attitude, along with the way he truly values people, genuinely impressed me. Spending time at the bar with him made my drink taste even better — and that’s not easy to do in England standards 😄 Thank you, Eren. I won’t forget you or Radisson Blu Hotel.

They have excellent staff especially Mr.Sezer whom did not spare any effort to support me in the facility and goes all the way to increase customer expectations. Also the reception staff were excellent. My only issue are the room service staff they don’t speak English and made many mistakes on my orders . The quality of the order and presentation in the menu i never saw it in my order.

The hotel has a beautiful seaside location with great views and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and professional, especially Batuhan and Malek and at reception, who was very helpful and welcoming. The outdoor area and bar were especially enjoyable, perfect for relaxing in the evening.

The location is a bit far from the main tourist attractions, which makes transportation slightly inconvenient.
